Shawn Kelley, CEO
Shawn Kelley is a seasoned expert with a career spanning three decades in the field of pool construction and renovation. He began his career in Wave Pool Development when he was growing up in the family business. During that time, he honed his skills, and became a trusted name in the pool and water park industry known for his unwavering commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Throughout his impressive career, Shawn has built and renovated pools of all shapes and sizes, each a testament to his dedication and expertise. Whether it’s a luxurious infinity pool overlooking a breathtaking landscape or a family-friendly oasis with water features and slides, Shawn has done it all, exceeding the expectations of his client’s time and again.
Shea Smith, Operations Manager
Shea Smith brings over four years of pool industry expertise to her role as Operations Manager, focusing on exceptional customer service and meticulous organizational management.
Jimi Ogletree, Service Manager
Jimi Ogletree is a seasoned Pool Service Manager with a remarkable 18-year journey in the world of pools and aquatic excellence. With a strong focus on water testing and chemistry, Jimi plays the lead role in ensuring that pools under his care remain crystal clear and safe for all to enjoy.
As a Pool Service Manager, Jimi oversees a team of dedicated professionals, guiding them with his wealth of experience and expertise. He orchestrates the daily operations of pool maintenance, repairs, and inspections with precision, leaving no detail unattended.
Jimi is a Certified Pool Operator with a wide range of certifications under his belt. Water Chemistry and Testing from Taylor Technologies, Jack’s Magic Stain Specialist, and Orenda Four Pillars just to name a few. He has attended numerous training events with multiple equipment companies to increase and maintain his pool service knowledge.
Luke Rutledge, Service Technician
Luke grew up in Cobb County and played lacrosse in high school and college. Currently, he holds a blue belt in jiu-jitsu. Luke has experience in pool construction, project management and service. Now a vital part of the service team, Luke loves being outside, interacting with homeowners, and providing excellent customer service.!
Melissa McKinney, Service Technician
Melissa McKinney is a Pool Maintenance Technician with 4 years of hands-on experience in the pool industry. As a dedicated pool maintenance tech, she takes pride in her work; from routine inspections to water chemistry adjustments, she has you covered. Her goal is to make sure your pool is a haven for relaxation and enjoyment.
